Terrapartner S.L. undertakes to keep all the data provided by the users with the utmost confidentiality and not to provide it to third parties in accordance with the principles of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law 15/1999 of December 13th). According to this law, and in order to ensure the protection and privacy of your personal data Terrapartner S.L. reports that the data provided will be incorporated into a data file properly registered at the Data Protection Agency.
Your personal data will be recorded exclusively for the following purposes: mediation services, counseling and management in real estate transactions as well as advertsing and market research.
The data will be destroyed after fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected and when no longer required.

The user, from the moment he/she enters his/her data into a form authorizes and consents Terrapartner S.L. to offer their services through the sending of information and promotional communications. Pursuant to Article 21 of 34/2002 Law, of July 11th, the data owner expressly authorizes the sending of promotional advertising by any electronic means. These communications will clearly be identified as advertising information of Terrapartner S.L.
